Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain English. We've kept them short and direct. If anything is unclear, email hello@infoframe.tech and we'll explain — or rewrite.
1. The deal
InfoFrame is a prompt-builder for Google NotebookLM's infographic studio. You give us a topic or fill out a guided form; we give you back a polished prompt that you paste into NotebookLM to generate an infographic. We're a tool that sits in front of NotebookLM. We are not Google. We are not NotebookLM. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or NotebookLM. "NotebookLM" is a trademark of Google LLC.
2. Who we are
InfoFrame is operated as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Washington, United States. Contact: hello@infoframe.tech.
3. Your account
You sign in by giving us your email address and clicking a one-time link we send to that inbox (magic-link authentication — no passwords). You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. If someone else can read your email, they can sign in as you. Use an email account you control and trust.
You must be at least 16 years old to use InfoFrame. If you're under 16, please don't sign up.
4. Pricing and payment
InfoFrame is a one-time payment of $29 USD for lifetime access to all current and future templates plus unlimited polished prompts. There is no recurring subscription. Anonymous visitors get 1 free generation; signed-in users get 3 free generations; paying customers get unlimited.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the merchant of record. They handle the payment, your receipt, and any applicable VAT/sales tax. We never see your card details.
5. Refunds
14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email hello@infoframe.tech within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you via LemonSqueezy. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
6. What's yours, what's ours
Yours: Every polished prompt you generate is yours to use however you like — commercially, personally, in client work, in marketing materials. We claim no ownership over your generated prompts or the infographics NotebookLM creates from them.
Ours: The InfoFrame templates themselves (the curated prompt structures), the wizard schemas, the brand, the website, and the code are our intellectual property. You don't get the right to redistribute the templates, scrape the site, or build a competing product using our templates.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use InfoFrame to generate prompts for content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on someone else's rights. Don't try to break the site (rate limit abuse, scraping, exploit attempts). Don't share your account with the world — paying customers get unlimited use, but if we see signs of account sharing across many IPs, we may rate-limit or suspend.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The service depends on third parties (NotebookLM, LemonSqueezy, Resend, our LLM provider, our hosting provider). If any of them have an outage, InfoFrame may be affected. We'll work to restore service quickly, but we don't owe service-credit refunds for downtime.
9. Disclaimers and limitations
InfoFrame is provided "as is." The prompts our AI produces are best-effort — they should be reviewed before use. We don't warrant that the infographics NotebookLM produces from our prompts will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of InfoFrame is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (typically $29).
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using InfoFrame at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms; in that case, we'll refund a pro-rated portion of your purchase only if termination is due to a mistake on our part.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email signed-in users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updates.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of King County, Washington.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the complete agreement between you and us regarding InfoFrame.
